What is the CarePortal?
The CarePortal is an online platform that allows Monroe County caseworkers to input needs for their clients. These needs are shared with local churches and we have the opportunity to meet these needs and build a connection with families in crisis. Our CarePortal team is over 100 volunteers who have suported over 200 children since October, 2019.

Every month we offer one-hour orientations intended to help you understand everything you need to know to serve with our CarePortal team. These orientations are a requirement to join the CarePortal team. Please let us know which you plan to attend. We are trying to offer a variety of orientation styles to meet your needs in this season, from online to in-person.
