We will address Group Leader Essential #4 - Model Authenticity

• How open should we expect our group members to actually be with each other?

• Where is the line between sharing openly and sharing too much?

• What barriers keep us from being real?

• How do we create an atmosphere where people feel safe enough to share what is really going on?

This is a great opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills as Drew Karschner and our Group Coaches discuss these tensions & questions.

We will also be sharing some updates about what God has been up to at Northridge and give you the inside scoop of what's next for our church.
