1. What is a unique Christmas tradition your family has?

1. What was unknown to Mary while she waited for the plan to unfold?

   1. What questions does the unknown make you ask (about the situation, yourself, God, etc.)?

2. What was known to Mary while she waited for the plan to unfold (about the situation and God)?

   1. How did remembering who God is help Mary wait well?

3. The plan is God and His character is steady. 

   1. What causes our perception that God is in control to change even though God never does?
