Baptism: Amanda Lachuisa

Amanda grew up feeling lost, knowing who God was, but constantly running from a relationship with Him. It wasn’t until adulthood that she felt drawn to begin attending church, and in 2022, the “Habits for Change” series at Northridge struck Amanda’s heart deeply. She began to read the entire Bible, which is what ultimately brought her to Christ. The incredible work of God despite humanity’s brokenness gave Amanda hope and faith and it provided her steadiness and comfort in her life. When she got to Acts in the New Testament, Amanda was filled with absolute awe and excitement for the Gospel. That day, she made the bold decision to dive all in and be baptized.
