Baptism: Carol Murry

Carol spent most of her life without Christ. For many years she was very lost and angry. Growing up, she’d go to after-school Sunday school, where she was drilled with religious content, but it never interested her. This caused her to turn away from God.

Carol has also struggled with her health, to the point that her doctors informed her that death was a possibility. The weight that she could die hit her at once when her friend Cheryl came to her hospital room in a hazmat suit and began saying the Lord’s prayer. Carol called out to God for his help and decided from then on she wanted to follow Christ.

Life has improved for Carol now that she leans on Christ and lives how he wants her to. She is a work in progress, but she is so glad she finally came to trust God full-time with her life.
