Baptism: Diana Dalaba

Diana had always been a people-pleaser, and by between the ages of 16 and 23, she realized that it was to the point that she no longer knew herself and was lonely. She also frequently felt frustrated because people in her life didn’t fit her ideal standards.

Diana came across Northridge online, and while it seemed like a great fit for her due to the young adults group, she was prevented from going due to fear of going alone. In April 2020, she started watching Northridge online, and after doing that, she got to a point where she realized she needed change that no one but God could bring into her life. After accepting Christ into her life, she eventually joined a starting point group to get direction in her faith and joined a community group via Zoom. She now realizes that God’s love fills the void in her life in ways that others never could.

Today, Diana is getting baptized to let everyone know that Jesus is the leader of her life and the forgiver of her sins.
