Baptism: Erin Harvey
Erin’s understanding of Christ began in the Catholic Church, which created an indifference towards faith. In December of 2015, Erin's dad had a brain aneurysm and in that season, Erin lost all hope. While her dad made a full recovery, Erin remained in the heavy darkness. It wasn’t until college that God used her best friend, Kylie, to turn her heart. One day, Kylie shared the Gospel in class, and Erin was in awe of this foreign message of hope. She realized that God was trying to make Himself known to her, and began attending Life Group where she had a revelation. God had been orchestrating all of the pain and suffering in her life to bring her back to Him. He had been with her through it all, and that truth provided her with a hope she had never felt before. Today, Erin believes that God has a plan for her life and she has placed her trust in Him. She made the courageous decision to be baptized, and is walking in freedom.
