My First Christmas: Jose Munoz

Jose is very excited about his first Christmas as a follower of Christ. His Christmas will look different this year, as he’s not just looking forward to time with family and presents. He’s looking forward to celebrating the birth of Christ and giving God the glory for saving his life.

For Jose, the names Everlasting Father and Mighty God mean that he has a Father in heaven who created him and loves him enough to humble himself and die on his behalf, sparing him from a life of sin, shame, misery, and death.  

This first Christmas, he will spend reflecting on his life before Christ and thanking God for his grace and mercy toward him as a sinner.
