KiDS Weekly Experience Guide & Parent Cue: week of May 30th
As we celebrate this Memorial Day weekend, we hope that you are all enjoying the unofficial start to summer.
Just a quick reminder for our 5th grade parents that next week is our Next Level Event. We are so excited to see our 5th graders move up into NYM, our middle and high school ministry. NYM is hosting this special event for parents and students to introduce them to our NYM team and help them know what to expect. This event will be held both at our Rochester Campus and our Webster Campus directly after our last service. We will have content recorded for the Online Campus. Preschool Resources
Bible Story: The First Sin
Big Idea: Wisdom is knowing what’s right and choosing to do it. Ask God for wisdom. Listen to what He says. Stay on God’s path, and live like Jesus. Don’t make the wrong choice like Adam and Eve did when they disobeyed God.
Step 1: Watch the video with your preschoolers.
Step 2: Review with your kids.
Ask your kids: How do you make the right choice? (I ask God! God helps me make the right choice!)
Step 3: Practice the Memory Verse with your preschoolers.
Memory Verse: “...If any of you need wisdom, ask God for it ...” James 1:5 NIRV
Step 4: Print the Adventure Guide to use with your preschooler throughout the week.
Elementary Resources
STEP 1: Read the Bible Passage with your kids
Bible Story: Life in the Spirit • Romans 8:12-17; (John 3:5-7)
STEP 2: Choose a worship video to sing with your kids
STEP 3: Watch the Video with your Kids
STEP 4: Practice this month’s Bible Verse with your kids.

STEP 5: Review with your kids.
Big Idea: The Holy Spirit makes us a part of God's Family.
Ask Your Kids: How can you invite others into God's family?
