Baptism: Anna Gilroy

Anna grew up in a Catholic household and went to church every Sunday, but she found herself questioning her religion. She found herself lacking purpose and community and that she needed a change to get out of the darkness she was in.

Anna found Northridge through a post on the NYA Instagram page, and after messaging the page for some information, she was invited to a community group with Paige Bixby and Gloria among others. This helped fill in many of the gaps she had in her faith. She also found the worship at an NYA event to be very powerful and strongly felt God’s presence there. Now, Anna feels she has been renewed into being a whole new person.
