Baptism: Ron Rozinski

Part of going to Catholic school every day for Ron when he was younger was going to church. He didn’t like doing it and felt like he got nothing out of it. He was going through the motions.

As he got older he found himself going to church less and less to the point where he’d only go occasionally after he got married. He and his wife tried a new Catholic church together, but he still didn’t feel the urge to go to church every Sunday.

It wasn’t until he was diagnosed with cancer that he got his wake-up call. He felt this was the end for him but it didn’t keep people from praying for him. It’s been about fourteen years since he started his battle with cancer and he believes that this was when he chose to let Christ into his life.

Since having Christ in his life, he feels stronger and that he can ask God for anything. He feels like a better man because of it. He’s getting baptized to declare Jesus is the leader of his life and the forgiver of his sins.
